The fact he's still pissed off from Castiel taking all the souls in Purgatory has made him want to re-assert his power. Bela seems like the best place to start. He's content with constantly winding her up and assuring her that her soul belongs to him now. ♛ ★

Ultimately, he tells Cas that he killed Sam, Dean and Bobby. Castiel is not taking this well. ♛ ♧ ✖
